1. What are the RX_SUP and IO_SUP supply voltages?
2. Is the I2C_SPI_SEL pin set high (refer to RX_SUP) for SPI operation?
3. Have you verified the SPI write and read timing waveforms match with those in the datasheet?

Hi.
All conditions are good.
I just need an simple example using spi protocol for write and read of Register using Hal functions. Probably i miss something.
I cannot check waveform , PCB not designed for that.
I have experience with AFE using I2C.

Do you have access to the firmware's source code for the AFE4405EVM?
If yes, then you can get an example of SPI transactions in that firmware.
