i purchased card "IWR1443BOOST" :

I Need 3D file of the board to planning the packaging for the card.

Or at least get mechanical measurements of the card and its holes

Does anyone know how I can get?

The Cadence PCB Designer, has a function to export a step file. This can then be imported to your 3D model package.

I have included the .stp file from the board file.
