AFE5803: AFE5803 Analog Input: Single-Ended and Differential modes

Part Number: AFE5803

Hello, I am looking at using the AFE5803 in an application where the sensors are some distance from the readout electronics and would like to route the sensor signals differentially.

In looking at the ADF5803 datasheet section concerning the AFE, it seems like although the LNA has differential inputs the implication is that it really should be driven single-ended. Presumably this has something to do with the DC offset correction circuit as well as the input termination.

If I were to disable the offset correction and use external termination, would I then be able to use a differential input configuration? If not, why?

Thank you for the help!
