Hello,
Working with the AFE4410. PROG_OUT1 & SDOUT are not trigger as INTs regardless of configuration using the AFE4410EVM GUI.
I have done the following:
(1) Verify TPs for the signals: TP13 = PROG_OUT1 & TP7 = SDOUT
(2) In the AFE4410EVM GUI,, under Gobal setting, I have enabled both checkmarks: EN_PROG_OUT1 (INT_OUT1 for mux2), and EN_SDOUT_INT(INT_OUT2 for Mux3)
(3) Under timing controls: in the bottom right, I have tried many options for the start/end for the strobe for both signals. I have also tried enable with PD2/PD3.
(4) I have tried multiple AFE4410EVMs, and I obtain the same results, which is faulty/incorrect operation. It could be something I am doing wrong but it seems I am doing the right thing.
What I am seeing:
- When I change timing or check-mark setting, I see the strobe for both signals, but it comes once and disappears.
- For PROG_OUT1: I see a bizarre clock (ugly looking), which a period of 18nsec.
Anyone have any idea?
