Hi team,
I had a question about the below FEMM simulation from Application Report SNOA928 Capacitive Proximity Sensing Using the FDC1004. The text describing the simulation says the area with the highest sensitivity is closest to the inner edges of the sensor and ground electrodes. However this area is labeled as an area of low sensitivity in the figure. Can you provide some clarification around this simulation?
