TDC1000-TDC7200EVM: TDC1000-TDC7200EVM Error Flags and Int State

Part Number: TDC1000-TDC7200EVM

Hi everyone.

I am developing and a project and using TDC1000-TDC7200EVM board and GUI for test

When start a measurement with single shoot or debug tab or another, there no signal on stop path (I traced it with 1000 Mhz oscilloscope and 24 Mhz logic analyser)

It may be normal because my transducer are very far each other.

My problem; on GUI there is no changing TDC1000 error flag and TDC7200 int status...

Why does not error flag or int status change?

NOTE : NUM_RX and NUMBER_OF_STOPS is 5 (five) on TDC1000 and TDC7200 respectively.

  • Hi Mesut,

How far are your transducers from one another and how are they mounted? Are they firing through water?

To get started with the settings for your setup I recommend reading through the FAQ for the TDC devices. It covers the basic settings to start getting reliable measurements:

For the second question, I am seeing the same behavior with the error flag and int status registers on my setup. I need to do some experiments and I will give you more information next week.

    Regards,
