Hi champion,
My customer ran mmwdemo in SDK 1.1.0.2 on their 1642 board, but find demo failed on below error. Could you help to check what is the meaning for error code -13021?

Adam,

This error is returned by the API MMWave_config() as a result of an attempt to configure the BSS.

Do you have any more details about the conditions the customer is running the demo?

Hi Cesar,
Just got from customer, they replaced the LP87524, TPS7A8101, TPS7A8801 with the PMIC from other vendors (which output 1.8/1.3/1.2/3.3V). Is there any powering up sequence requirement which could cause this problem?

Adam,

Are they running the pre-built binaries along with one of the provided (i.e. unaltered) profile configs? If they are, then yes, it may be a hardware issue. If not, then they should try running with the provided binaries and configs.

Hi Dave,
Thanks for your reply. The issue has been resolved. The rootcause is customer was using a low pull-up resistor on SOP pin which cause the chip went into Debug mode.
