LDC1612EVM: Failed to install driver software to PC

Part Number: LDC1612EVM

Hello E2E,

Please help me! I tried install the tools of LDC-EVM to my PC. GUI "Sensing Solutions EVM GUI-1.9.4" was no problem. Next, I connected to PC with EVM. But, My PC failed install the driver software.

Is it because the my PC setting is not appropriate?
Is there the same case and solution?

PC's OS is Win-7 Pro SP1.

    Hi ACGUY,

    Have you tried scanning for hardware changes on device manager or using a different USB port on your computer?

    If the device shows up as anything other than EVM on device manager, it means you are missing the driver. In that case, try installing the driver manually using device manager and the driver located in C:\ti\Sensing Solutions EVM GUI-1.9.2
