Hello,

I have found a schematic design for AFE5809EVM in SONAR,

I have few questions about this:

Is this design has been tested?
I can see that this schematic doesn't have CE modes, So do you guys have board files for this?
On Page no 6, Serial interface, There is still CDCM_LE pin available, which is not connected to anything. Can you please confirm the use of that pin?

Yes the design has been tested.
Can you please clarify what you mean by CE modes? Are you referring to CW mode?
Since the sonar application does not use CW mode, these sections were not included in the schematics.

Yes, I was referring to CW mode. Thank you for the design files.
So, some dedicated CW pins of the AFE5809 chip should leave them floating?
Also, Can you please let me know the use of CDCM_LE in a serial interface, I was not able to spot out in the datasheet.

Hi Naik,

Yes you can leave the CW pins floating.
The CDCM_LE is used by the clock buffer in the reference design.

clock buffer is only used in CW mode, though. Thank you for your reply.
