Part Number: TDC1000-TDC7200EVM

I want to use 2.4 MHz piezo and ı have 14 cm length container. I want to measure concentration in liquids. I did some configuration but i couldn't take good result. Can you send ideal configuration or give suggestion? Thanks.

There is a section titled "What settings should I use for my system?" that includes detailed instructions on configuring the device. The top of the document also includes links to application notes that can help with mounting the transducer for the best operation as well as additional guidance on settings for concentration measurement.

I know this documents. I wonder that ı m using 2.4 MHz piezo and therefore I selected EXT_CLK 9.6 MHz in TDC_CLK_SOURCE_CEL and divide by 4 in TX_FREQ_DIV. I think it s correct. But when i select 4.8 MHz and divide by 2, for 2.4 MHz using , i m taking different results And this is the same for 1 MHz( ext clk 16 MHz / divide by 16 and ext clk 8 MHz or on board 8 MHz / 8). What is the reason? Thanks.

Are you actually supplying an external clock when you select EXT_CLK on the GUI? The GUI input for the EXT_CLK frequency is only there to make sure the GUI calculates the right times in the TDC1000 page. You have to supply the EVM with an external clock and set the clock select jumper to the EXT setting, then tell the GUI what frequency you are supplying. Inputting a clock frequency on the EXT_CLK setting will not generate a clock for you. On the EVM the only options for a clock generated by the EVM are the CPU clock or the 8Mhz onboard clock.

You will have to supply an external clock of at least 4.8mhz here:

The CPU clock only goes up to 2.0Mhz, and the 8Mhz clock cannot be divided down to 2.4Mhz.
