My customer has some doubt about mmw radar~ I hope it will not cause you trouble~
1. AWR1642 datasheet says it's Low-power 45-nm RFCMOS process, So can I know where is the Fab and its name? by SiGe? die size for AWR1642? How many dies per wafer, wafer size?
2. Could TI sell dies to customers?
