I think they have used AWR1243. Can you tell me the orientation of the radar sensors in which they were cascaded to get the 3D-Point Cloud data? And also which DSP and Microcontroller will be best suited for the application mentioned in the video. Also, if there is a EVM for this cascaded radar system, please tell.

    Hi, we plan to release a cascade development kit in 2H 2018.

    This kit will use a TDA Host processor.

    However you could use any other Host processor of your choice as long it has sufficient processing power for the use case

    Rahul,

    For a cascaded AWR1243 setup, we recommend one of our TDA2x/TDA3x processors. A microcontroller will not be able to handle all of the data the mmWave sensors are sending out to the external host processor.
