CCS/IWR1642: Device is held in reset ERROR

On the EVM implementation the nRST signal can be controlled by the XDS_110, or power supervisory PGOOD signal.

remove the devpack first, just check with your board and the XDS110 debug probe

a) check that nRST goes from logic '0' to logic '1' when the power rails are at the proper levels on your board.
also check that the power rails are within 5% of the nominal voltage.

b) check in your schematic the connections for TMS, TCK, TDI, TDO, and how the XDS_Reset affect your mmwave sensor.

c) check that when you attach the XDS110, that the nRST toggles low if commanded from XDS110.

d) check the 40Mhz crystal with a high impedance oscilloscope probe, check that there is 40Mhz oscillation.
