The error 7 usually occurs if the HSDC_Version.dll is not located in the directory.

Can you please run the attached exe and provide a screenshot of the exe after execution?

The attachment exe sent above hangs when I try to execute. Should we check or not the option " 64? (OFF/ON)"  check box ?

After launching the application, you will need to click on the 'Check OS Bitness'.
Once the button is clicked, we would like to know if the check box '64bit' got checked.
Please send us the snapshot of the GUI as before.

Additionally we would also like to know the following:
1. PC configuration
2. Screenshot of HSDCPro Version dll with path visible on the top of explorer window
3. Did you change the default location of HSDC Pro during installation?

For the Error message 5000, when “Launch Window” is selected from “Script” Menu,

The workaround is to install Labview 10 Runtime engine from the below link.
ftp.ni.com/.../LVRTE2010_SP1f5std.exe

We will be fixing this in the next release.

Hi Praveen, 

No luck. I installed the Labview 10 Runtime engine with the file given above. I am still seeing the same error message. If possible, could we have a skype session?
