I want to make my own design using IWR1642 device.

Can you suggest qspi flash for iwr1642 device?

Hello,

The Cypress/Spansion flash S25FL116K family is not recommended for new Design. The IWR1642 ES1 current device, can use Spansion/Cypress devices, and Macronix devices.

Cypress S25FL128S

Macronix MX25L3233F

Depending on your design operating temperature, there are different temperature grades.

In a new document, not yet released, for xWR1642 Errata for ES2.0 devices. More QSPI flash devices will be listed.

Hi Joe,

I didn't find any stock for this qspi devices. Do you have any alternative that qspi flash devices?
When will be new documents published?

Some additional devices are:

Cypress S25FL256S

Macronix MX25V1635FZNQ, MX25V8035FM1Q

I don't yet have the new Errata document, it is supposed to list additional QSPI flash devices. It is expected in the next month.
