AFE4404: Noise level could not be calculated to 12pArms.

Part Number: AFE4404

Hi,

I am using AFE4404 EVM to sense a small flow signal. First, I want to have SNR estimation on the board.

But I found the noise floor is much bigger than expected. It seems there is signal of near 1Hz. It seems that

if I sample the ambient light using this EVM, the result has around 1Hz signal. But When I use thorlabs's sensor,

the around 1Hz signal disappeared.  I wonder if there is an explaination of the signal? Is something in the chip

causing this?

Then I used eletrical Tape to isolate the ambient light and put the EVM in a black box. The result is list below.

When I use the EVM, and set the rf =2M cf =5pF, the noise code should be (12pA*2M/Vref)*2^22 ~83 code, right?

The noise is bigger and could you help me to reduce this?

I have followed the instrctions to unplug the ac power.
