I think that the PC you are running the Matlab GUI on does not have sufficient CPU performance. The Matlab crashes as a result.

Hi Yimin,

In addition to using a faster PC, please try to keep the USB line stable. Essentially, any stress, on the USB line can result in errors of the transmitted signal.

As the readme.txt says, use zipties and tape liberally, so that the USB wire is stable.

we re-do the test again by using latest demo image and PC GUI from http://dev.ti.com/tirex

PS: we also follow your suggestion to  disable some of the display options

we met issues for tree times.

First 

The PC GUI will close automatically and show below error message

Second and third

PC GUI doesn't have any update and no error message

Hi Yimin.

One more thing to try (apart from faster PC, and stable USB line) is to set the OS priority.

Set the OS priority of the processor affinity for the srr_visualization to 'high' otherwise the update rate may be intermittent. In order to do so start up the 'Task manager' and select the 'srr_visualization.exe' process and then set it's priority to high.

But we still have the chance to meet this issue ( Matlab no response).
