AMC6821: How to operate AMC6821 without remote sense transisitor

Hi, 

I am using AMC6821 for fan control design, I wonder if this part can use without the sense transistor? 

How to config in+ and in- if not going to use? 

Since it's a current source, do we need to connect these pins to GND?
