AWR1642: The program can not run in the AWR1642 board when downloaded by Uniflash

Hi,

   Now I encounter an problem about  program execution.When in debug mode,the program runs good,but when I download the .bin file by the  Uniflash tools, the program doesn't run.What is the reason for that?How should I  do to solve it?
