Dear TI Team:
Our customer used SN1611002ZAW replace DDC264 in X-Ray scanner system.
DDC264 and SN1611002ZAW used the same circuit and PCBA. Customer test PSN1611002ZAW , but no output, software reference DDC264, according to 16bit settings (16bit set bit, all write 0), still no output on the PSN1611002ZAW. But the same code used on DDC264, the work is normal.
It's very urgent right now. Can SN1611002ZAW replace DDC264, what's the difference between their configurations? Why A is not working properly, please help resolve it . Attached is waveform about output. thanks!
