IWR1642: can't change Chirp Configuration by mmWave Demo Visulizer

Tool: (mmwave_industrial_toolbox_2_2_0 ,mmwave_sdk_01_02_00_05)

I want to demo mmWave by pplcount (5m -> 12m), 

But I can't  change Chirp Configuration by mmWave Demo Visulizer , below is error picture

How can I solve the problem , thanks ?

    Please enable SDK 1.2 version.

    The snapshot you provided shows that you have enabled SDK 1.1

    If I understand the query, you would want to demonstrate the people counting application at 12m.
    First of all,
    For people counting application, you need to use the People counting GUI. Please refer to the TI Resource Explorer for the detailed user guide -> dev.ti.com/.../

    Now coming to the Chirp configuration change, Using demo visualizer wont help. TIDEP-01000 (www.ti.com/.../tidep-01000)for People Tracking and Counting reference design has two example chirp configurations 6m and 14m. You may use the 14m one for the use case that you are targeting.
