IWR1443: IWR devices - ambient temperature ratings

Hi, Can you pls tell me what the ambient temperature ratings are for the IWR devices ? 

I read Operating junction temperature range in the datasheets as -40 to 105, and see operating free-air temperature range mentioned but never defined. Operating Temperature Range (C) is stated as -40 to 105 in the website - is this ambient or junction ? 

Are the TI Boosterpack boards (ie design and components) also rated to the device temperature range ?
