FDC2212: How to compensate the capacitance measurement with temperature

Part Number: FDC2212
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: FDC2214, , FDC1004

Hi,

I'm designing a capacitive level sensor and I want to know if there is an application note available about how the capacitance measurement can be compensated with temperature?

I know that one can use FDC2214 with reference capacitances and compensate the measurements that way, but it is not possible in my case. For my design I'm using FDC2212, I have one capacitance entry which is the actual sensor and one NTC sensor for temperature readings.

Thanks,

Cristian
