Hi Team,

Are there some success stories that mmWave distance measurement application in drone?

max range 200m,range resolution 10cm, are there some parts will suitable the requirement in the future?

Hi Frankqu,

We cannot comment on customer engagements or upcoming devices on this forum. I would recommend you to enter your application requirements (max range, max velocity, range resolution etc) in the mmWaveSensingEstimator and evaluate the scenario with the existing devices, xWR1443 and xWR1642.

You may also find the following long-range chirps on the Chirp Database to be useful:

1. Elevator Positioning and Velocity Sensing (200m range)

2. Traffic Monitoring Radar - Long Range (120m range)
