Hello.

I'm trying to run the traffic monitoring demo. I'm following the steps from traffing monitoring Setup Guide. I try to flash wih the relevant bin files. But when I start the flashing process it crashes. The bin files I try to flash and the following error are represented below

How to fix this error and launch traffic monitoring demo succesfully?

    Hi Andris,
    For IWR1642 devices you need to have the mmw_demo.bin file in the Meta Image 1 slot and then nothing else in any of the three other slots.

    Okay I'll try to run it tomorrow as I'm already home from work and left the sensor there. I'll come back with the results.

    Oh and I forgot I had another problem. I tried to build People Counting demo using CCS. But whe I tried to rebuild pplcount_16xx_dss I got these errors:

    Hello Andris,

    For the People Counting Demo, have you installed SDK Version 1.02.00.05? 

    This lab has not yet been updated to the latest SDK and still requires Version 1.01.00.02. I believe if you installed this SDK version instead you would be able to compile. Alternatively, the demo will be updated to the SDK Version 1.02.00.05 in the next update coming at the beginning of May.

    I saw that you were looking at the Traffic Monitoring Demo. I also wanted to make you aware that the TI Design related to mmWave Traffic Monitoring has been significantly updated (around Mid April). You can find the reference design document and software package here www.ti.com/.../TIDEP-0090. The software is at the bottom of the page I've also linked here for convenience:

    This same software will also be available through TI Resource explorer in May where all future updates will be located.

    You are right I've installed SDK version 1.02.00.05. I'll try to install the older version and then try to compile Pepople Counting demo. Question about People Counting demo. In configuration file there is parameter called trackingCfg. Could you please explain what the represented values in this parameter stands for? I cannot find any information about this!

    Sorry for the often posting but I need to figure out some things with the IWR1642 sensor. Is there any customization guide for Traffic Monitoring demo, because when we tried it, the demo could detect and track a vehicle which drives by and then goes further away from the sensor but when the vehicle was oncoming to sensor it detected at least in point cloud but it didn't track it at all. Maybe you have some suggestions which parameters should be changed or as I mentioned before maybe you have customization guide which would be perfect for me.
