I want to run people counting demo in AWR1642,but I have some problems.

Firstly, I run programing in debuge mode by CCS. Then I try to pplcount_gui.exe. It can connect UART and Data port,but it can't senf profile(*.cfg).The problem is shown in figure

Hello,

Can you answer a few questions for me to understand.

- Are you able to run the demo from the precompiled .bin and the GUI .exe?

- When running ccs debug mode what do you see in the output console? There should be a message suggesting the device is awaiting CLI command.

- Have you ensured you have followed the power cycle and jumper removal required?

The symptom you are seeing could be caused by a few issues. Your answers will help us debug.
