Hi Priya,

You can find the PGA460's USART command listing in the PGA460 datasheet ( www.ti.com/.../pga460-q1 ) "Table 3. UART Interface Command List". This table's CMD5 includes a footnote (#2) on how to convert the time-of-flight into distance.

For a code example on how to convert time-of-flight into distance, refer to the GetDistance.ino sketch in the PGA460 Energia Library and Code Example ( www.ti.com/.../slac741 ). The PGA460 Software Development Guide ( www.ti.com/.../slaa730 ) walks-through the example code and high-level procedure of setting up the device to collect ultrasonic data.
