CCS/IWR1642BOOST: Driver Vital Signs Project Does Not Build

I am following the dev guide for Driver Vital Signs and am having trouble building the project after I loaded the mss and dss projects into CCS. I have installed the TI emulator and checked using CCS for software updats. This is the error I am getting when building dss:

DEBUGSSM_0: Error connecting to the target: (Error -260 @ 0x0) An attempt to connect to the XDS110 failed. The cause may be one or more of: no XDS110 is connected, invalid firmware update, invalid XDS110 serial number, or faulty USB cable. The firmware and serial number may be updated using the xdsdfu utility found in the .../ccs_base/common/uscif/xds110 directory of your installation. View the ReadMe.txt file there for instructions. (Emulation package 7.0.188.0)

Hi Yutong,

Can you confirm this is in fact a build error? Does this occur when you right click the project and select Rebuild?

This seems like a debug error. Can you confirm that you have only have the SOP0 jumper present on your board?

Hi Akash,

Thank you for getting back! This is an error that comes up when I try to rebuild the project, I haven't connected the EVM yet because I'm just building the project for now. Could you help me with this? Thank you!
