I download 'lab0002_short_range_radar' from TI resource Explorer. But I'm failed to import ccs project. I dont know why. .

Please use CCS v 7.4 or CCS v 8.0

Also, have you installed mmWave SDK 1.2 from the installer, so that all required software components are installed? You would then need to restart CCS 7.4+.
