Hello,

It is unclear what the problem is and we need more information in order to assist you. Would you be able to post your console output? Are you using the SDK demo or a different demo? Have you made any code level changes here?

It is possible that your customer doesn't have the correct SDK version installed. They'll need mmWave-SDK 1.2
