TMP112: TMP112A accuracy

HI Sir,

our customer see the TMP112 spec mentioned it is oprationed on the 1.4-3.6V, and TMP112A have the best accuracy base on the 3.3V, and TMP112B have the best accuracy on the 1.8V.

but if they used TMP112A on the 1.8V condition, customer want to know what parameter will be effect? such as accuracy may be can't up to 0.5(maximum), or other parameter ,do you have some test report base for TMP112A operate on the 1.8V,  we can't see this information in spec.

in addition TMP112B now is only preview, how long will be MP status, Thanks

    Hi Lina,

    The Electrical Characteristics table on page 5 explicitly states the differences between TMP112A and TMP112B with regards to temperature accuracy. There are no other differences.

    I will have to get back to you on the schedule for TMP112B.
