When IWR1642BOOST to computer connection can't drive installer automatically is this normal?

I download this page the windows installer it does`t work . (software-dl.ti.com/.../index_FDS.html)

I can't to found IWR1642BOOST installer on TI-website.

How do i first step to computer connection driver installer for the IWR1642BOOST ?? This step is the current important point .

Please teach me first step to computer connection drive installer for the IWR1642BOOST.

A first step you can make is power on the board, connect USB to PC, and browse to dev.ti.com.
Through the browser you can both install drivers (via cloud-agent) and then connect to the board in order to run the out-of-box-demo with the mmWave Visualizer which sits in the on-line GUI composer gallery. There are 2 main steps here - installing the agent on the PC, and adding the extension to the browser - make sure you do both.

Give that a go ...

I installed the application with ti cloud and it didn't respond. There was NOBE program windows.

Also show that the device can not be connected, please contact the manufacturer's banner......

What is the situation like this?
