Kuramochi,

I would recommend following the LMT70 datasheet's land pattern recommendation in the datasheet for the best result.

This is in the Mechanical Data section.

Is datashhet's land pattern you said below picture?

If yes, could you show me land pattern size?

It is mentioned that "Ratio A/B should equal 1.0 for optimum reliability" on the above document.

Isn't it appropriate DSBGA package of LMT70?

Kuramochi-san,

The land pattern recommendation is on pg 28 of the datasheet. The size is shown there.

Hi Kelvin-san,

The customer would like to optimize the pad side to eliminate assy issue described in "SPRAA99B" as TQ said.
Via diameter on Package is very important information in order to optimize the pad size on PCB. And They want to judge best one from the information( the datasheet recommendation may be too flexible).

Could you ask the via diameter information of YFQ0004 to the our packaging team to close this thread?

The UBM pad diameter is 240um.
