Hi,

Here is our customer circuit drawing of TMP422. Need your help to check below two questions

Any risk to use MMBT3906 to replace 2N3906.
PNP connection feasibility. That’s different than datasheet recommended.

Hi Lin,

1. No issue with MMBT packages; we use them ourselves.
2. No issue with schematic. We sometimes refer to PNP connected this way as "diode connected" and the datasheet, 3-wire way as "transistor connected." Both are valid.
