AWR1642BOOST: Wake up sequence nRESET 3ms delay

Part Number: AWR1642BOOST

Hi Experts,

There are 10Kohm pullup resister with 0.1uF decupling for NRST on AWR1642BOOST.

It seems little short for the 3ms delay required in the datasheet.

Could you please check and let us know the value again.

Moreover, is it OK to utilize PGOOD signal from PMIC for making NRST?

Hello Hitoshi San,
For a proper standalone sensor implementation , if you want the PMIC to control the nRST then all the voltages (1.2, 1.8 and 3.3v) need to be monitored before the nRST is released. The LP87524 does not have this capability.
You can find such an implementation of this scheme using LP8770 in the TIDA 01570 design (www.ti.com/.../TIDA-01570) where the nRST is controlled by the PG) and GPIO0. This ensures the nRST is held until all the supplies are powered up.
