AWR1642: QSPI Characteristics

Hi AWR team,

I've got a few questions regarding QSPI on the AWR1642, that my customer and I haven't been able to find in the datasheet or TRM.

1. What is the input pin capacitance?
2. What is the output/bidirectional pin capacitance
3. What is the input pin leakage
4. What is the output/bidirectional pin leakage

Please let me know if there is a document that describes this!

We are looking into this.

Is the customer building a new board. Why is this information needed?

We provide the schematics for the AWR1642BOOST EVM. Are they not sufficient?

The customer is building a new board. Do the schematics for the AWR1642BOOST give the capacitance/leakage for the AWR1642 QSPI pins?

Hello Barend,

Unfortunately, we do not have any specs for leakage or capacitance on digital I/O pins.
