DRV5023: Bypass capacitor for VCC pin

Hello Atul,

If you have an ideal, clean, stable power supply to our device, that bypass capacitor is not so necessary.  However, we strongly recommend using a bypass capacitor for this device as well as most other devices as typically there are all types of noise sources inherent in a system that could couple onto the supply rail and thereby influence device performance.  For more information on the importance of bypass capacitors I would recommend the following articles:
