Part Number: OPT8241-CDK-EVM
My cusotmer is evaluating OPT8241-EVM B/D.
It works well at first, but she faced the EVB is not working properly 2 days later.
So she downloaded the followings into EEPROM to fix it.
1. FW Upload Filename : OPT9221_0v23.tip
2. How to upload
1) Run Voxelviewr after connecting USB
2) Run EEPROM Programmer on the file of menu.
3. Error Message after running EEPROM Programmer.

My question is
1) Is it properly downloaded into EEPROM? I thinks it is not dlwonloaded as the LOG informed.
2) If not, how to fix this issue? is it Hardware failure or any other missing point when uploading?
