IWR1443BOOST: mmWave Demo Visualizer problem

First time, the IWR1443BOOST EVM worked well in mmWave Demo Visualizer. ( I programmed  the SDK version to 1.2 using UniFlash.)

If I press "Send config to mmwave device" key, the Console Message came out correctly.

And If I press "Plot" button, everything was O.K!

But  I tried to do mmWave high  accuracy range measurement  in High Accuracy  Visualize, it did not response.

After that trial, the mmWave Demo Visualizer didn't work  - serial port connect, but no response Console Message and Plot!

Let me know  what I have to do, as soon as possible please!
