Looking for a data sheet for TIL 159 IR opto slot sensor. I purchased it at Sayal Electronics but no idea how to wire it up. Thanks

Is this a TI part, or is this supposed to work with a TI part? If so, can you clarify the part number so that we can route this question correctly?

Hello,

I believe that the TIL159 is no longer in production and a TI Data Sheet is not available. The NTE3102 is a direct replacement and that device data sheet is readily available from NTE.
