Page 96 of the datasheet, equation 9, states that phiPD is "Photodiode field of view = 20° for SFH213FA". The ambient power that I computed was 1.166 mW/cm2 using the application conditions. The only way I could get the supplied ambient power of 0.2736 mW/cm2 was by using a phiPD of 10 instead of 20. Is this phiPD variable actually FOV, or half angle?
