PCB Material is 4835 according to "IWR1443BOOST_Rev-A-Stackup.pdf".
RF TX&RX line width is 7mil according to "IWR1443BOOST-Rev-A.brd".
After calculation, the impedance is not 50R.
Where is the mistake?

Hello,
The PCB material for L1-L2 is Rogers 4835 LoPro, 4mil dielectric.
The desired impedance is 50 ohms. The Grounded Coplanar Waveguide is designed from the device ball, to the antenna stripline. The dimensions are shown
in the attached reference. Note there is a GND void on L2 below the L1 pad as an impedance compensation. The GPCW to antenna stripline is also optimized for 50 ohms, This connects the antenna patch to the GPCW.
If you follow the Cadence layout, your can compare the desired impedance with the Rogers calculator for stripline,
Regards,
Joe Quintal
