Make sure you have installed TI cloud tools and Chrome extenstion for mmWave-Demo-Visualizer.
And before starting visualizer connect any serial application (putty) to CLI-COM port to check if application is running properly and giving CLI promt.

Please post the error or status even after this you don't get it working.
