Is it feasible to detect an object of ~1mm thickness from 2cm to 30cm distance?
My customer is considering such an application.

Hi Katsuhiro,

It will depend on the material of the object. A metal object is going to be much more reflective whereas radar will go right through paper or plastic material of thickness.

Minmum distance for detection is 3 cm but 30 cm is no problem.

Hi Akash,

The object is thin small battery. Hope it has enough reflection.
Detectable minimum distance is 2cm or 3cm?
3cm would be acceptable but I'd like to make it clear.
