Hi,

I tried connect to the device and run the demo application.

But I can not connect via the serial port.

It's the correct COM port as shown in the device manager.

Just stay this situation long time as shown in the uniflash picture.

environmental setup: OS: windows 10, uniflash(online), Demo sample: lab0013_traffic_monitoring_16xx

Is this the first time you are trying to flash the EVM?

Would it be possible to check with a Windows 7 PC?

Hello,
Can you confirm the jumpers on the EVM appropriately for flashing mode? the SOP0 and SOP2 jumpers need to be placed and the device reset (using the nRST push button SW2) with these jumpers set before you connect via Uniflash.
