I am interested in Occupancy Detection in Automotive tool box. I would like to know how to decide life form or not (e.g. a bag) in the target zone (on the back seat). Is movement or RCS checked for decision process?
I refered the OD demo user guide and source code but didn't understand the process.

There are a few other resources for information on this demo. Some of it is rather technical (the reference design provides the algorithms) but you should be able to get a good idea. In a nutshell, the processing removes static (non-moving) objects, then analyzes the remaining energy. It is tuned to look for small movements such as breathing.
