OPT3007: whether can accpet UV light irradiation during manufacturing assembly process

Hi Team,

Here need your help to confirm it.

Whether the OPT 3007 can do UV irradiation? This is due to during manufacturing process, customer will apply UV glue in their product and they need to take UV to let the glue curing.

UV light wavelength : 365nm

Hi,

I am checking into this. To clarify, is the OPT3007 exposed directly to the UV light or is the glue on another part of the system and the exposure indirect? What is the power and the duration of exposure?

Hi Alex,

1. The glue is applied on the part and around of the component, then to go through the UV oven to curing UV glue directly.

2. The energy of UV light is around 1500~2000mJ/cm^2, and the duration time of exposure is about 30s.
