WEBENCH® Tools/IWR1642: mmWave IWR1642 Data Port can't open

Hi All,

now we have a board for IWR1642,and we have download the XWR1642 DEMO code:(xwr16xx_mmw_demo.bin) and it's succesfully,than we use the demo Tool to demo,we can configuration the All ports,and we can also send config,but can't show the results of  the demo ,what we should do,can you give me some suggestion of this?

       we also download another demo code(xwr16xx_vitalSignsDemo_lab.bin),and it also can do it,but the same as the one ,it can't also show ~

       it is the lab of drivers-vital-signs show ~:

    Hello,

    It appears you did not configure your User UART COM port correctly. This is going to be listed as the Class Application UART port in your Windows Device Manager. If you use the right number here the demo should work appropriately.

    Hi Akash,
    Thanks for your answer.But it doesn't seem the case.
    At first , we also thought that case,and then,we try more times and to do other lab.
    Now , it can do the lab of occupancy detection and the demo.but everytime we do the lab of Drivers-vital-sign,it can also download the code ,but can't do demo.
    wether this situation will be related to the plate and washing process

    Hi Fany,

    I believe you've flashed the EVM with the incorrect binary. You'll want to use the xwr16xx_vitalSignsDemo_lab.bin which is available in the Automotive toolbox at the following location: <Auto_Toolbox_version>\labs\lab0001-driver-vital-signs\vitalSigns_target\pre-built-Binaries
