Hi,

Need IBIS model for LM75BIMX-3 to perform  signal integrity analysis. Could you please provide for the same . If it is not available, please let me know is there any alternate model for this

    Hi Anitha,

    I recommend using TMP75B as a drop-in replacement depending on supply requirements. It's a modern replacement with lower power and lower cost. If 5V is needed, then have a look at TMP75. IBIS models are available for both of these on their product pages under Tools & Software tab.
