AWR1642: Why the waveform by ADC sampling is like that ?

With the picture , the wave looks like not well ,it is not smoothness , what will causes it ?

this is my profilecfg

idletime = 2us

adc start time = 2.14us

ramp end time = 18.9us

B = 100M

hpfcornerfreq1 = 175k

hpfcornerfreq1 = 350k

adc samplerate = 6.25Mbps

Num adc samples = 100

Hi,

Please check the waveform with one of the configs provided in the mmWave OOB demo since these configuration are knows as working

if B > 500M or more , the waveform is better , does the High-pass filter cause it ?

Hello Anist,
The waveform will depend on the objects present in the radar device view point. If you have an anachoic chamber or a "clean room" for 80Ghz you should see a smooth curve.
